TCDS fully automatic dosing device is widely used as an auxiliary equipment for municipal water treatment and sewage sludge treatment. It can continuously and efficiently complete the combination and mixing of polymers to obtain homogeneous active polymer solutions.


二、structure and principle
The device adopts a jet mixer, which uses high-speed hydraulic flushing to disperse chemicals or powder particles, increase fineness, improve the contact between chemicals or powder particles and water, increase permeation area, and reduce dissolution time. The equipment is combined in a three tank overflow type, namely preparation, maturation, and dosing. It uses gravity and solubility to generate a difference in the specific gravity of the solution, automatically separating dissolved and undissolved, and then stirred by a low-speed stirrer to improve the uniformity of the solution.

Based on years of successful experience in the field of water treatment, Linglan Environment has developed a series of products specifically for the preparation, storage, and addition of powders and liquid materials through special design and practical experience - dry powder preparation and addition devices: using flocculated potassium permanganate, activated carbon and other particles, powders or concentrated liquids as raw materials, continuous and automatic preparation is carried out according to the required concentration, and the prepared solution is continuously metered and added to the industrial process. Dry powder preparation and dosing devices are widely used in water treatment, sewage treatment, and other process medium treatment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, papermaking, electricity, coal, pharmaceuticals, and food. 六、Dry powder preparation process
This device is designed for a fully automatic continuous preparation and dosing system for powder materials. The entire process, from powder to prepared solution, achieves fully automatic, safe, and continuous operation. The powder enters the mixer from the funnel, is wetted, and then enters the dissolution tank for dilution to obtain the required concentration solution. The diluted solution passes through the maturation tank and then enters the storage tank. When the solution in the storage tank is at a low level, the level sensor will trigger the level switch signal, start the equipment to redo the solution preparation process, and monitor the water volume through the controller. At the same time, the controller calculates the amount of dry powder based on the required solution concentration, and adjusts the dosage of dry powder to ensure that the concentration of the dry powder solution remains constant even under fluctuations in water flow rate.
