

一、Product Introduction
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is an efficient separation equipment designed by Linglan Environment specifically for removing suspended solids, oils, colloidal particles and other pollutants from wastewater. DAF effectively separates and removes pollutants in water by releasing dissolved gases into tiny bubbles and utilizing the buoyancy of the bubbles. This device is easy to operate, stable in operation, and suitable for wastewater treatment in various industries. It is one of the key equipment in sewage pretreatment and deep treatment.
二、Working principle
The core principle of DAF equipment is dissolved air release and air flotation separation. Firstly, a certain amount of air is dissolved in water to form dissolved water, which is then released under reduced pressure to produce a large number of tiny bubbles (typically 20-50 micrometers in diameter). These bubbles combine with suspended solids, oils, and other pollutants in the wastewater to form floats and rise to the surface. Finally, impurities floating on the surface are removed by a scraping device, and clean water is discharged from the lower part of the equipment to achieve solid-liquid separation.
