3. Project Introduction: To solve the problem of high pollution wastewater treatment generated during the detergent production process of Peerapat Technology Public Company Limited, ensuring that the effluent quality meets the local industrial wastewater discharge standards in Thailand.
二、Customer demand
1. Customer Profile: Peerapat Technology Public Company Limited is the largest cleaning and hygiene industry company in Thailand, mainly producing detergents, disinfectants, cleaning machines and other products.
2. Requirement description: The customer's factory generates 25 tons of detergent wastewater per day, with COD of approximately 5868mg/L, BOD of approximately 642mg/L, pH of 11.8, and TDS of approximately 12516mg/L. Centralized treatment is required, and the effluent must meet the discharge standards of BOD ≤ 120mg/L and COD ≤ 20mg/L.
三、Ingredients of detergent wastewater
1. Detergent types: mainly household detergents, including floor cleaners and laundry detergent.
2. Pollutant components: Detergent wastewater contains surfactants, phosphates, carbonates, bleaching agents, organic solvents, fragrances, and dyes. These components result in high COD and BOD concentrations, alkaline pH values, and high TDS content in the wastewater.


三、Technical solution
1、Process flow:
1. Grille: Remove large suspended particles and impurities to prevent subsequent equipment blockage.
2. Regulating pool: homogenize water quality and quantity, balance water quality fluctuations.
3. Micro nano bubble machine: By generating a large number of micro nano scale bubbles, it removes high levels of surfactants and some oil pollutants from water.
4. Anaerobic reactor: removes organic matter from wastewater, reduces COD and BOD concentrations, and decomposes complex organic matter into simple substances through anaerobic metabolism of microorganisms.
5. Hydrolysis acidification tank: further degrade organic matter into small molecule organic acids, improving the biodegradability of wastewater.
6. Aerobic reactor: Utilizing aerobic microorganisms to metabolize and degrade organic pollutants in wastewater, further reducing COD and BOD concentrations.
7. MBR membrane bioreactor: Through membrane separation technology, solid-liquid separation is achieved to ensure that the concentration of suspended solids and bacteria in the effluent meets the discharge standards.
8. Strong oxidation unit: using ozone oxidation technology to remove residual organic matter and trace pollutants from wastewater.
9. Ecological wetland: Through the joint action of plants and substrates, further purify the effluent, remove residual pollutants, and stabilize the effluent quality.
2、Equipment parameters:
A set of ISES Mega sewage treatment equipment, divided into 2 main treatment units, with the same size, each unit measuring 11.8 × 2.2 × 2.3 meters.

四、Project implementation
1、Implementation time: July 2023 September 2023
2、Construction process:
Equipment manufacturing takes 30 days and is shipped to the site;
Installation and debugging, with a 30 day installation and debugging cycle;
After normal cultivation of the biochemical system, qualified effluent is produced.
